Working principle

When the equipment starts, the motor drives the ribbon agitator to run. The spiral belt is generally divided into inner and outer layers, and the rotation is opposite. The diameter of the inner screw belt is small, pushing the material to do axial movement, so that the material moves from one end to the other end; The diameter of the outer screw belt is large, which promotes the material to do radial movement and travel between the cylinder wall and the center. These two movements are intertwined, and the material produces strong convection, shear and diffusion in the cylinder body, and is fully stirred in a short time to achieve uniform mixing, thus meeting the strict requirements of material mixing in different industries.
