The hydraulic pump of an excavator is the core component of the hydraulic system, providing power to the entire system like a heart. Working principle

Oil suction process: The plunger moves backwards, the pump chamber volume increases, forming a vacuum, and the hydraulic oil in the oil tank enters the pump chamber under atmospheric pressure.

Oil pressure process: The plunger moves forward, the pump chamber volume decreases, the hydraulic oil is compressed, the pressure increases, the oil outlet valve is pushed open, and high-pressure oil enters the hydraulic system.
