Two types

Working principle

Oil suction process: The plunger moves backwards, the pump chamber volume increases, forming a vacuum, and the hydraulic oil in the oil tank enters the pump chamber under atmospheric pressure.

Oil pressure process: The plunger moves forward, the pump chamber volume decreases, the hydraulic oil is compressed, the pressure increases, the oil outlet valve is pushed open, and high-pressure oil enters the hydraulic system.

Displacement: The volume of oil discharged by the pump shaft per revolution determines the working speed and force of the excavator.

Pressure: The pressure of the oil at the pump outlet determines the working capacity of the excavator.

Rotational speed: The rotational speed of the pump shaft affects the flow rate and lifespan of the pump.

Efficiency: The ratio of output power to input power of a pump, reflecting energy loss.

Maintenance
