Production Process​

1. Raw Material Blending​

High-quality HDPE/LLDPE pellets are carefully mixed with additives (e.g., slip agents, antioxidants) to enhance performance properties like stretchability and durability.​

2. Extrusion Melt Process​

The blended resin is heated to a molten state and extruded through a circular die (blown film process) or flat die (cast film process), forming a continuous polymer tube or sheet.​

3. Stretching & Orientation​

Blown Film: The tube is inflated and cooled to stretch horizontally and vertically, improving tensile strength and elasticity.​

Cast Film: The molten sheet is rapidly cooled on chill rolls, then stretched in one or two directions to optimize mechanical properties.​

4. Cooling & Calibration​

The film is cooled under controlled conditions to stabilize molecular structure, ensuring uniform thickness and consistent performance across the roll.​

5. Slitting & Rewinding​

Final films are precision-cut to specified widths and rewound onto cores, ready for distribution—with strict quality checks at each stage to ensure zero defects.​
