Each probe integrates high-purity dual-clad quartz fiber with a durable ceramic ferrule to achieve excellent optical transmission, reduced insertion loss, and minimal back reflection. The ferrule surface is treated with a biocompatible nanocoating to minimize immune response and inflammation during in vivo studies, making it ideal for chronic implantation. The body features a functional groove for easy alignment and fixation in experimental setups, while optional angled fiber tips (30°, 45°, 60°) allow for directional light delivery tailored to specific neural targets.

Available in a range of core diameters (100μm to 400μm) and ferrule sizes (Ø1.25mm and Ø2.5mm), with white or black ceramic tip options, these probes are fully customizable in length with high dimensional accuracy.
