Chilly Source Combination Methods

The KMT.S unit of the Lingyun series has three different chilly source combination methods. Among them, KMA+KMU and KMW+KMU are both combinations of one fluorine system and one chilled water system, while KMU+KMU is a combination of two chilled water systems. Each chilly source system can operate independently without affecting each other, and can be manually or automatically switched, offering higher control accuracy.

In the air-cooled and water-cooled systems, the indoor fan drives air through the air-conditioning evaporator, transferring heat to the refrigerant. In the air-cooled system, the outdoor condenser removes heat through air, while in the water-cooled system, a plate heat exchanger or shell-and-tube heat exchanger removes heat through water.

The chilled water system is supplied with chilled water by the main unit, and the chilled water coil removes heat from the air.

   The standard liquid receiver ensures normal system operation under any conditions.
6. High-efficiency Fan
   EC fan: Rear-inclined EC fan with high efficiency, energy-saving, and low noise. Offers continuously adjustable airflow.
7. Evaporator
   Hydrophilic fins, inner-grooved copper tubes, and efficient design. Corrosion-resistant and high-efficiency, matching well with compressors and other refrigeration components.
8. Air Filter
   Metal frame G4 standard filter can be repeatedly washed to reduce operating costs.
9. Humidifier
   Electrode humidifier using tap water with automatic cleaning function. Quickly generates pure steam without shutdown for maintenance.
10. Drier Filter
    High-efficiency in acid removal, filtration, and drying to ensure reliable system operation.

Relying on the investment promotion policy of the Anhui government, the factory was established in Bengbu City in 2020. The first phase of the project has built an annual production capacity of 1GWH of energy storage batteries. The second phase of the project will achieve an annual production capacity of 3GWH of energy storage batteries. In the future, we will conduct systematic research on new materials and new energy storage batteries to consolidate the technical foundation and contribute to the development of the new energy field.
