If possible, you can send us pictures of old products, nameplate or the size for reference.

2. What is the warranty of the parts after I purchased?
The warranty is 6/12 Months based on the item details.

3. How can I pay the order?
We can receive payment through T/T, Western Union, Paypal(for small amount), trade assurance.

4. When will get the items after I place order?

5. How can I do if there is something wrong with the items?

Supply 3-12 months warranty for the products from the date of arrival . Customer should check the items according to the order list after arrival . Contact with us and offer the data , photos of the problem items .

* Error installation
* The machine and reducer work over time and over load
* Lost by any condition

* Corrode with rust during stock and running

4. Others
They are the product easy to be rust away , please wrap them well . We just supply warranty for the products we are producing , except the Bearing , Seal , and some others we mention before order.If there is any problem about the products , installation or maintenance , please contact with us any time .
