Steel pipe anti-corrosion coating line is utilized for applying anti-corrosion coatings to steel pipes in the factory with different diameters, which is increasingly used in various construction projects, particularly in heating, gas, and oil fields.
The lines can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating.
3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer and outer polyethylene layer.

The three-layer polyethylene corrosion-resistant coating is a sophisticated technology serving as the outer protective layer for buried pipes, commonly used in the protection of gas and oil transmission pipelines, urban gas distribution, water supply lines, and other fluid transport pipelines. This 3-layer PE anti-corrosion coating can enhance the mechanical properties of the pipeline, offering high electrical resistance, waterproofing, durability, and aging resistance.

6. Core Team

The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installing, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period we are obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.During the warranty period we are responsible to provide trouble shootings and help the customer to solve the problems, provide spare parts which are broken, except breakings caused by the Buyer.We will provide the technical service train the workers from the buyers for free.We can also send technicians to the buyer's companies abroad for help installation and testing the lines. But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.
