High Frequency Welding Fin Tube ASTM A106 GR.B For Radiant Coil
A carbon steel finned tube is a type of tube that increases the heat transfer area by adding fins to the outer surface of a carbon steel tube. This design significantly enhances heat transfer efficiency.

2. High-Frequency Welding (HFW)
Welding Process: The principle of high-frequency induction heating is used to bring the contact surface between the base tube and the fins to a molten state, and then welding is achieved through pressure. Specifically, the skin effect produced by the high-frequency current passing through the pipe and the fins causes the current to concentrate on the surface of the conductor, rapidly heating the metal to a molten state. During this process, external pressure is applied to cause the molten metal to fuse and bond closely, forming a seamless connection.
