What services can you provide?

Our company is proficient in iron casting, forging, lost-wax, sand casting and other molding processes, and has mature
electroplating,PVD, electrophoresis surface treatment processes.

Can you make customized products?

Yes, we mainly do customized products, we develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

When will the samples or mold be completed?

Samples are usually completed in about 30 days

What's the lead time for mass products?

30-45 days

What is the payment term?

When quoting,we will confirm you with different prices in FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. When mass production, we generally pay
30% as deposit balance upon B/L. Most of our payment term are T/T, of course L/C can also be accepted.

We have updated our production line. Our production process include Resin Sand Molding Line, Shell Molding Line,

Wet Green Sand Casting and Lost Wax Investment Casting Production Process.

Quality Control is one of the most important process in production. We insist that 100% inspection before

shipment and ensure parts without any flaws when sending out.

We have complete quality inspection facilities including mechanical testing, chemical analysis, tensile strength,

hardness, spectrometer, ultrasonic testing, etc.
