The filling pump is primarily utilized for concrete filling in coal mine goafs and roadways, as well as for filling mined-out regions in ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal, gold mines, and other mines. It also serves for the long-distance and high-lift transportation of sludge from sewage treatment plants and the dredging of rivers and lakes.

Its broad range of applications includes pumping cake materials and various mixed materials like tailings, fly ash, coal gangue, construction waste, and fine stones. The filling pump has the ability to handle materials with a maximum concentration of up to 85%.

The conveying pressure reaches 16MPa, and it can pump concrete containing 3-5cm aggregates, with a wide range of slump adaptability (80-230mm). The hydraulic system adopts constant power control to prevent overload and improve the stability of continuous operation.
