• This cable tray production line targets industrial manufacturers, electrical system suppliers, and infrastructure contractors. Featuring adjustable width, integrated punching, and hydraulic cutting, it offers flexibility, cost-efficiency, and high-speed output for a wide range of cable management applications.

• The cable trays are made from galvanized steel with thicknesses from 1.2mm to 2.0mm. They feature a C-channel structure with or without perforations for ventilation. Designed for strong load-bearing and corrosion resistance, they are used extensively in cable management across industrial, commercial, and utility sectors.

• 3T Decoiler & Leveler → Servo Feeder → Punching Press → Guiding → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter → Out Table
• The production starts with leveling steel strips via a decoiler-leveler, followed by precise punching through a servo feeder and press. Material is then guided into a roll former with 16 stations and adjustable width to shape the tray. Finally, it is cut by a hydraulic cutter into the desired lengths.
