1. This machine is newly developed filling and capping machine ,with highly antomation and large capacity . It is automatic controlled by PLC and touch screen controlled panel ,is an ideal integration of mechanic,electric ,light and gas . The machine has exceeded the top level of the similar type .

2.This machine is the integration of mechanics and electrics filling specifications can easily be changed by altering parameters on touch screen controll panel .Each of filling head can be adjusted respectively . The computer has the function of memorizing the related parameters of each packing specifications , so that it can save time for the second adjustment .The filling head adopts double-speed filling style without any dripping. There is a weighing and feed-back system in every filling head.

3.During the process ,the key parts are protected by integration of mechanics and electrics . If there is anything abnormal ,it will automatically stop and alarm ,then the touch screen will hint the abnormal part .

4.Based on the design of water-proof and pneumatic protection , there is no pollution to the environment of workshop .
