Feeding: Gypsum raw materials are evenly fed into the center of the grinding disc inside the mill through the feeding device.

During the movement, the raw materials are subjected to the rolling and grinding action of the grinding roller. The grinding roller is pressed onto the grinding disc through a hydraulic system or spring device, applying pressure to the raw materials, causing the gypsum raw materials to be crushed and ground into fine powder.
Grading: The finely ground gypsum powder rises with the airflow and enters the classifier. The classifier uses a rotating impeller or other grading device to grade gypsum powder in the airflow. The coarse gypsum powder is separated by the classifier and returned to the grinding disc for further grinding, while the fine gypsum powder that meets the requirements is discharged from the mill with the airflow and enters the subsequent dust collection device for collection.
Airflow circulation: There is a set of airflow circulation system inside the mill.
