A: We usually offer EXW and FOB terms. Other international trade terms, such as CIF or DDP, can also be discussed according to customers’ requirements.

7. Q: What is the difference between a starter rack and an add-on rack?

A: The main difference is the number of upright frames. A starter rack includes two upright frames and can be used as an independent unit, while an add-on rack shares one upright frame with the previous rack and is designed for continuous expansion.
For example, if 10 racks are installed in a row, the configuration would normally be 1 starter rack plus 9 add-on racks.

8. Q: How do you pack the racks for shipment?

A: Generally, our racks are shipped in flat-packed form with protective materials such as bubble film and plastic wrapping, packed in standard export cartons. Customized packaging methods, including wooden cases, are also available upon request.
