Pneumatic Slicer and sampler

Pneumatic punching machine is used for punching standard rubber test piece before tensile test in the fields of rubber, plastic, wire, cable, rubber hose and so on. For similar materials, the machine can also be punching.

Pneumatic punching machine is mainly composed of: cylinder, stamping seat, pressure reducing valve, fixed screws and other components.

1. First put the machine on a platform, adjust the bottom angle screw, make the machine stable, plug in the hose and power, turn on the power switch, the plastic plate on the platform.
2. Put the sample on the plastic pad, and then put the cutting knife on the cut sample above the center stamping seat (hand away) . Enter the gas and adjust the pressure reducing valve at the back of the machine to about 0.6 mpa, press the button switch in front, keep blanking for 5 seconds, can be repeated 2-3 times.
3. After flushing the sample, release the button switch and take out the cut sample.

The production of our unit in accordance with GB/T528-92“Vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic rubber tensile property determination" in the relevant provisions of the 1,2,3,4 type standard cutter and non-standard cutter (custom) .

1. Punching blade plane should be parallel to the workbench plane, punching cutting blade surface should not be in contact with the workbench plane, so as not to damage the cutting blade.
2. Punching knife after use, should be coated with rust, to prevent rust.
3. Refuel the pressure reducing valve regularly.
4. After using the application of dust cover to prevent oil and dust invasion.
5. When punching a sample, make sure it is covered with cardboard or plastic.
