Brief Description

The Gas Ultrasonic Flowmeter uses transit-time difference technology for non-contact gas flow measurement. Its intelligent control module handles ultrasonic signal processing, flow calculation, display, and data communication. Suitable for pipeline diameters from DN25 to DN300.

• Accuracy: Class 0.5 or 1.0

• Turndown ratio: >1:160

• Supports single, dual, four, or six channels with channel fusion

• Standard volume correction using pressure, temperature, and compressibility factors (AGA8-92DC / SGERG-88)

• Large data storage: 5,000 history records, 1,000 start/stop events, 100 alarms, 20 months of totals

• Power options: 3.6 V lithium battery (average <5 mW) or external 12–24 V DC (<1 W)

• Complies with GB/T 18604-2014 and JJG 1030-2007

Outputs & Communication

• Calibration pulse (opto-isolated, 12–24 V DC)

• IC card pulse (CMOS, 3.3 V)

• Two alarm outputs (battery low / critical, flow over-limit)

• RS-485 with Modbus RTU (baud rates up to 19200)

• 4–20 mA analog output (isolated, 24 V DC)

• Ambient temperature: –20°C to +60°C

• Medium temperature: –20°C to +60°C

• Humidity: 5–95% RH

Display & Operation

• Shows standard/working flow, totalizer, temperature, pressure, battery level, flow direction
