Anti-corrosion and Customized Seam for Facade Support System
This architectural aluminum seam is manufactured from 6063-T5/T6
architectural-grade aluminum alloy through extrusion processes.
Available in two main categories: closed aluminum seam and open
aluminum decorative seam. Standard widths include 6mm, 8mm, 10mm,
and 12mm to match common curtain wall dimensions.
Profile cross-sections feature H-type, T-type, L-type, and U-type
configurations with optional finishes including fluorocarbon
coating (PVDF), powder coating, anodizing, and wood grain transfer.
Colors are matched to curtain wall panel hues for universal
vertical and horizontal segmentation applications.

- Precise Dimensional Control: Standardized profiles ensure uniform fixed joint widths,
eliminating uneven gaps during installation. Design accommodates
thermal expansion and contraction with built-in expansion
allowances to prevent panel compression and impact damage.
- Equal Pressure Ventilation: Open aluminum strips create an equal pressure rain screen
structure through cavity air circulation. Rainwater is directed and
discharged along the cavity, significantly reducing water
infiltration risks. Preferred structural solution for NBK ceramic
panel curtain walls.
- Corrosion-resistant and Weatherproof: 6063 aluminum alloy with fluorocarbon coating provides resistance
to outdoor UV rays and acid rain. Fluorocarbon color retention
exceeds 20 years, ensuring rust-free, deformation-free, and
crack-free performance.
