Installation Instructions

Important Safety Note:
Front headlight replacement involves electrical connector handling—disconnecting the vehicle 12V battery negative terminal is recommended before replacement to prevent short circuits or accidental illumination. Professional technician operation recommended.

Tools Required:

• Plastic trim removal tool

• Phillips screwdriver / Socket wrench

• Torque wrench

• Cleaning cloth

Installation Steps (General Reference):

1. Disconnect power: Disconnect vehicle 12V battery negative terminal

2. Remove front bumper/trim: Depending on the model, remove front bumper or trim to access headlight mounting position

3. Disconnect electrical connector: Unplug the harness connector from the headlight assembly

4. Remove mounting screws: Remove screws securing the headlight assembly

5. Remove old lamp assembly: Carefully remove the old front headlight assembly

6. Compare & confirm: Verify new part matches old in left/right orientation and connector type

7. Install new lamp assembly: Position the new front headlight assembly—align with mounting holes

8. Tighten mounting screws: Install and tighten screws to specified torque

9. Connect harness: Reconnect the headlight harness connector—ensure secure connection

10. Reinstall trim: Reinstall front bumper or trim

11. Reconnect & test: Reconnect battery, start vehicle—test all lighting functions
