Installation Instructions

Important Safety Note:
Front bumper replacement involves sensor harness and structural component disassembly/reassembly—disconnecting the vehicle 12V battery negative terminal is recommended before replacement to prevent short circuits or accidental sensor activation. All bolts must be tightened to OEM standard torque after replacement. Professional body repair technician operation recommended.

Installation Steps (General Reference):

1. Disconnect power: Disconnect vehicle 12V battery negative terminal

2. Remove front grille and trim: Remove the front grille assembly and surrounding trim

3. Disconnect sensor harness: Unplug front radar and sensor connectors

4. Remove OEM bumper: Remove mounting bolts and clips securing the front bumper to frame rails

5. Remove old bumper: Carefully remove the old front bumper assembly

6. Clean mounting surface: Clean the frame front mounting surfaces and clip positions

7. Install new bumper: Position the new bumper—align with frame front mounting holes

8. Install sensors and harness: Transfer OEM radar and sensors to new bumper positions—connect harness

9. Torque mounting bolts: Use torque wrench to tighten all mounting bolts to OEM standard torque

10. Reinstall grille and trim: Reinstall front grille assembly and surrounding trim

11. Reconnect & test: Reconnect battery, start vehicle—test front radar and sensor functions
