Product Description
Our hydrostatic pressure testing machine operates based on advanced
working principles: operators input parameters including ring
stress, wall thickness, and pipe average outer diameter via PC
software, and the system automatically computes the target test
pressure. The calculated data is delivered to the slave computer
(MCU embedded system) over RS232 serial interface to carry out
high-accuracy pressure tests and deliver repeatable, dependable
test outcomes.
The tester supports generation of pressure-time and
pressure-temperature test curves to facilitate real-time tracking
of test status. It offers a pressure spectrum up to 160Bar (16MPa),
accommodating diverse testing scenarios. The adjustable test
temperature ranging from 10℃ to 95℃ enables evaluation of specimens
designed to operate under severe thermal conditions.
