A good leak test is only as good as the fixture that holds the part. If the fixture does not seat the workpiece the same way every time, the result is not repeatable, and the operator spends more time adjusting than testing. HongCe designs the HC-HLT-F4 around the fixture, because that is where most field problems begin.
We start from your drawing. The sealing faces, locating points and clamping method are designed so the part sits in the same position on every cycle, and so that loading and unloading are quick and obvious for the operator.
Manufacturers rarely test a single model. The HC-HLT-F4 uses quick-change fixtures and stored recipes, so switching from one compressor model to another is a matter of swapping the fixture and calling up the recipe. Changeover is typically completed in under five minutes.
