Product Overview
The HQZ series belongs to vertical straight stroke pneumatic actuators, designed specifically for straight stroke valves such as regulating valves, globe valves, and gate valves that can be opened and closed vertically; The overall vertical cylindrical cylinder structure integrates a complete set of pneumatic control components such as air source processing, solenoid valves, and valve positioners on the right side, with high integration and compact structure. It is commonly used in thermal power plant water and steam systems, chemical pipelines, and heating systems to complete remote valve adjustment and opening and closing actions.

Structural Composition
1. Vertical main cylinder assembly
The entire cylinder body adopts a vertical cylindrical layout, with reinforced pull rods on the outside of the cylinder body and lifting rings on the upper end for easy on-site lifting and installation; The cylinder body is made of high-quality cast steel material, coated with blue anti-corrosion paint, which is resistant to pressure and wear, and can adapt to the humid and dusty workshop conditions of power plants; The internal piston component drives the push rod to perform up and down linear reciprocating motion.

2. Push rod output mechanism
The top of the cylinder extends to drive the push rod, transmitting thrust downwards. The bottom flange is a standard installation interface, which can be directly connected to various straight stroke regulating valves.

3. Right integrated pneumatic control module
The stainless steel installation plate is equipped with air filtration pressure reducing valves, solenoid valves, intelligent valve positioners, limit switches, and metal connecting pipelines; The layout of the gas path is neat, and all control accessories have been pre installed and debugged before leaving the factory. On site, only the gas source and control cables need to be connected to start working.

4. Bottom installation base flange
Multiple sets of bolt holes are reserved on the circular flange for stable installation, which can withstand the vibration generated by the reciprocating work of the cylinder; There is a nameplate area on the side, indicating parameters such as model, pressure, and stroke.

1. Straight stroke vertical structure
Output linear thrust, compatible with gate valves, globe valves, and single seat regulating valves, widely used for automated regulation of medium flow rate, pressure, and liquid level.

2. Integrated gas circuit board
The complete set of pneumatic components has been pre installed, reducing on-site pipeline wiring. The stainless steel pipeline is corrosion-resistant and easy to maintain and disassemble in the later stage.

3. High output thrust and smooth operation
Thickened cylinder body structure, uniform force on the piston, small start stop impact, suitable for valve drive in high-pressure and high-temperature medium pipelines.

4. Optional single action spring reset/double action style
When the single acting model gas source fails, the spring automatically resets to the safety switch position, meeting the safety interlock requirements of industrial systems; Double acting is suitable for high-frequency regulation conditions.

5. Enrich electronic control expansion configuration
It can be equipped with explosion-proof locators, valve position feedback transmitters, travel switches, and manual operating mechanisms, suitable for complex industrial environments ranging from -20 ℃ to+85 ℃.
