Product Overview
This device is a single acting fork type pneumatic actuator with an external hydraulic damping buffer structure, which integrates three functions: pneumatic drive, spring reset, and hydraulic speed regulation buffer; Relying on compressed air to drive valve action, the built-in spring achieves safe reset in case of gas loss, and the top independent hydraulic buffer unit controls the opening and closing speed. It is commonly used for flue dampers, desulfurization dampers, and emergency shut-off valves in thermal power plants, and is suitable for harsh working conditions such as large diameter, fast cutting, and the need for shock absorption and noise reduction.

Structural Composition
1. Bilateral cylinder block assembly
The right side is the main pneumatic drive cylinder, and the left side is the spring reset cylinder. The overall high-strength cast steel cylinder body is painted with blue anti-corrosion paint; The surface of the cylinder body is equipped with lifting lugs for easy on-site lifting and installation.

2. Central fork gearbox
The box adopts a bolted sealing structure, an internal roller fork transmission structure, and an amplified torque at the end of the stroke, which can overcome valve jamming caused by flue ash accumulation and high-temperature media; The bottom is the standard output installation interface.

3. Top external hydraulic buffer component
The upper part is equipped with an independent hydraulic damping cylinder, which is connected to the chamber through a high-pressure oil pipe; Relying on hydraulic oil damping to consume kinetic energy, slowing down the speed of valve opening and closing, avoiding the valve plate from violently hitting the valve seat, and reducing impact, vibration, and noise.

4. High pressure connecting pipeline
High pressure resistant rubber hose connects the hydraulic buffer chamber and the main air chamber, with sensitive oil pressure response and stable speed regulation; Reserved debugging and oil discharge interfaces on both sides of the box for easy maintenance and upkeep in the future.

The torque at the end of the fork drive is doubled, and it has excellent heavy-duty performance, which can drive large-diameter flue gas baffle doors and air duct butterfly valves.

4. The overall seal is firm and resistant to harsh working conditions
The box is tightly sealed with multiple bolts, which is dustproof, heat-resistant, and resistant to flue gas corrosion. It is suitable for high-temperature and dusty environments such as boiler desulfurization and denitrification, hot air flue, etc.

5. Function expansion and improvement
Explosion proof solenoid valves, air source triplets, travel limit switches, local manual mechanisms, intelligent valve positioners, and valve position feedback transmitters can be installed.
