Lebus Grooved Multi-Layer Winding Drum for 35.5mm Rope

1.Description

This Lebus twin drum adopts a Lebus dual-groove structure with left-hand and right-hand grooves to enable synchronous retraction and release of two ropes. It supports 7-layer high-capacity steel wire rope winding and effectively prevents rope biting and jumping. The drum barrel is made of Q355D, fitted with an SUS304 stainless steel brake drum. It is manufactured with complete anti-corrosion and waterproof sealing processes, and pre-threaded holes are fabricated before welding to guarantee high machining accuracy. Designed for heavy-duty winch and lifting equipment in offshore engineering, marine vessels and ports, it ensures stable synchronous lifting of twin ropes and extends the service life of steel wire ropes.

(1) Paired left & right Lebus rope grooves enable orderly arrangement of steel wire ropes during multi-layer winding, eliminating rope biting and jumping and greatly extending wire rope service life.
(2) Integrated twin-drum structure realizes synchronous retraction and release of two ropes, keeping rope outlets on the same horizontal plane for uniform lifting force and improved operational stability.
(3) The brake drum is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, resisting marine salt spray corrosion for durable performance under humid offshore conditions.
Adopted strictly controlled welding procedures: preheating before welding and heat preservation after welding at the clutch section to avoid welding cracks; welds free of blowholes and slag inclusions.
(4) Complete anti-corrosion and sealing design: epoxy zinc-rich primer combined with circumferential waterproof silicone sealing, delivering water and dust resistance for reliable long-term operation in outdoor and marine environments.
(5) Tapered internal threads are pre-machined on key holes before welding. The brake surface and shaft bore feature high geometric tolerance accuracy for excellent overall assembly precision.
