Ceiling Fan Automatic Production Line

The automatic ceiling fan production line realizes automated assembly and manufacturing of complete ceiling fan units. It integrates automatic part feeding, automatic assembly and multi dimensional intelligent inspection & testing. The equipment automatically completes component conveying and assembly. The whole production line is equipped with automatic inspection stations to carry out performance testing, noise testing, safety testing, no load and load testing automatically, with strict quality control at multiple checkpoints. It effectively improves production cycle time and yield rate, and empowers the intelligent and large scale upgrading of home appliance manufacturing.
