Automated Welding System Overview
This integrated head & tail welding positioner eliminates the need
for manual flipping of large workpieces, delivering stable,
repeatable weld quality for construction machinery manufacturers.
The system consists of two core modules: a heavy-duty head-tail
positioner and a 6-axis industrial welding robot mounted on a
linear track.
Precision Engineering & Construction
The machine frame is fabricated from thick Q235 steel plates and
heavy beam sections with stress relief annealing to prevent
deformation under continuous heavy-load operation. The rotary drive
unit features high-precision planetary reducer and variable
frequency motor for smooth, low-vibration stepless rotation.
Safety Features
Multiple safety protections include emergency stop buttons,
overload protection, safety interlock, and safety fence that stops
operation automatically when opened.
