Bag Filter

Baghouse dust collectors are a widely used and highly efficient type of dust collector, with a processing efficiency exceeding 99.9%. They can handle media temperatures ≤300℃, processing air volumes of 1000~2000000 m³/h, and dust emission concentrations controllable within the range of 5~50 mg/Nm³. Users can choose the appropriate type based on local environmental standards.

When dust-laden gas passes through the filter bags, the dust is trapped and retained, while the clean gas passes through and is discharged. Periodic backflushing cleans the dust adhering to the filter bags, shaking it off into the ash hopper for periodic disposal. Different baghouse dust collector structures are selected based on the properties and temperature of the flue gas.
