Core Business I: Finished Guide Wire Supply

English: The company specializes in the supply of finished guide wires, covering stainless steel / nitinol standard guide wires, PTFE-coated guide wires, PICC guide wires, micro guide wires, mandrel guide wires and more, which are widely used in clinical fields such as Cardiology, Radiology, Oncology and Critical Care. With an annual production capacity of 30 million guide wires and an approximate 80% share of the domestic market in 2022, our products are exported to more than 20 countries and regions worldwide.

Core Business II: Custom Machining of Medical Precision Molds & Components

English: The company holds core advantages in three key process areas — precision grinding, profile (irregular-shaped) contour machining, and micro-hole machining — and excels in machining slender shafts, irregular cross-sections, and small-bore medical metal components:

• Core metal components for interventional devices: precision mass production of key parts such as mandrels & core wires, micro tubing, and profiled wires;
• In-house molds and tooling: self-manufactured molds and fixtures tailored to machining requirements, shortening development cycles and ensuring process consistency;
• Full-process quality control: supported by high-precision optical inspection, achieving end-to-end quality management from incoming materials to finished products.

 The company owns a 5,000-square-meter facility equipped with a 1,000-square-meter GMP-standard clean room, and operates two laboratories — the Product Laboratory and the Special Technique Laboratory — responsible for quality testing and quality control. A cumulative investment of 4 million US dollars has been made in manufacturing and testing facilities:

• Precision machining equipment: Makino mirror-finish machining centers, slow-feed wire EDM, internal & external cylindrical grinders, optical profile grinders, Mazak CNC lathes, etc., capable of micron-level turning, wire cutting, profile contour grinding, micro-hole grinding and other precision machining processes, supplemented by a Swiss Microcut micro-hole grinding machine, imported optical grinders, cylindrical grinders and other equipment;
• High-precision inspection equipment: ZEISS smart microscopes, TESA height gauges, Nikon profile projectors, etc., enabling full-process quality control of part dimensions, contours and surface quality;
• Application fields: products are tailored to medical devices in cardiology intervention, neurointervention, peripheral intervention and other fields;
• Professional team: a team of over 50 experienced technical specialists, providing services covering customized design, production process solutions, clinical trial support and clinical application support.
