It utilizes a Sony IMX307 STARVIS™ 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor to deliver 2MP (1080p) resolution at 30 frames per second. Its defining characteristic is support for five video output protocols (AHD, TVI, CVI, CVBS, EX-SDI), selectable via dip-switch. Engineered for reliability, it features an IP67-rated housing, 60-meter IR illumination, advanced 120dB WDR, and operates within a -20°C to +60°C temperature range.

The LN-801's configurable video output is its primary integration advantage. The desired analog HD format (AHD, TVI, CVI) or standard definition (CVBS) is selected via a cable dip-switch.
