The SNQ-2978 is a high-performance camera core module based on the proven Sony IMX290 sensor. It is engineered to provide smooth, detailed video at 60 frames per second, making it ideal for capturing fast-moving subjects. Its key feature is the ability to output both a high-quality EX-SDI digital signal and a standard CVBS analog signal at the same time, providing unparalleled integration flexibility for modern and legacy systems.
The module captures and outputs video at 60 frames per second (fps). This high frame rate is essential for reducing motion blur and capturing clear images in high-speed scenarios such as traffic monitoring, tolling systems, and fast-moving industrial processes.
This module provides two video outputs simultaneously on a single connector:
EX-SDI: A digital output providing uncompressed 1080p60 video quality for primary recording and monitoring.
CVBS: A standard definition analog output for compatibility with
existing analog equipment, backup monitors, or legacy recording
systems.
This eliminates the need for external converters and simplifies
system design.
Superior Low-Light Capability: Captures clear video in extremely low-light environments (0.00008 Lux).
High Dynamic Range: Reveals detail in both shadows and highlights.
Enhanced Visibility: The DEFOG feature digitally processes the image to penetrate haze and light fog.
