The utility model adopts a pure pneumatic induction design, which does not require power supply and does not require replacement or adjustment of the thick and thin wire cutters. The cutters adopt a 90. cross pattern, which makes the stripping clean and neat, avoiding the uneven cutting caused by two cross cutters, which can easily damage the core wire and bend the conductor.
