We would like to describe STW36-A Prepaid water meter as a very amazing product for Africa, not just for its smart, but its price. Thanks to the reduction in the cost of volumetric water meter technology and the reduction in logistics costs due to railway construction, STW36-A price is much lower than its similar products.


Accuracy, the mission of meters
As a water meter, its core function is of course accurate measurement. The accuracy of STW36-A can reach up to R160(optional). But
if it's just that, it's not amazing. Taking into account the special environment in Africa, we added a unique Anti-Tamper function
to STW36-A, it will automatically close the valve after detection of magnetic filed and open cover event. As for the
compliance with the STS standard and the waterproofness with the IP68 protection level, there are just not worth mentioning.
Battery, the life of meters
In order to maintain the stable function of
STW36-A, we adopted 3 ways:
1.Using lithium battery
2.Reduced the energy consumption of the meter as much as possible
3. Using Triple protection to prevent dampness getting into battery.

Experimental data shows that the built-in lithium battery of STW36-A can support the
operation of the meter for more than 6 years.

Free Vending Software for distributor

However, as a water meter, safety and accuracy are far from enough. We hope it can be smart enough to make it more convenient to people, which, we think, is the real meaning of technology. STW36-A’s integrated keypad is offered to enter recharge TOKEN and check information by short codes. Stronpay water vending software (for free) could be integrated to local Mobile Money Payment Platform like M-PESA, Alipay, MTN, Airtel, etc. So users can top up water by mobile money without leaving the house.

For the metering top up, we actually have 2 ways. 1.Go to the Water Utility and get the Token and inputting by keypad of meter.(Cash)
2.No need of leaving home, integrated meters to Local third part APP and top up with your smart phone, getting the Token and inputting by keypad of meter.(Mobile money)


The core thing of the vending system is the token code. The token can be used to recharge, clean up the meter data, and restore the meter data. In addition, its main functions are as follows:
