The entire workflow is automated: after manual loading of baskets onto the feeding cart, pressing the start button triggers automatic transport into the machine. The PLC coordinates tank operationsdegassing, ultrasonic cleaning, vacuuming, and dryingwith each step timed (5 minutes per basket, adjustable per product). The discharge process is also automatic: cleaned baskets are moved to the outlet, where a 250W multi-blade fan cools parts before manual unloading.
