JKB-600SF sushi paper tray forming machine

1. It is a fully automatic square bowl forming equipment with the advantages of fast speed and easy operation. This machine adopts hot sealing(heat the mold and melt the PE coating to stick the tray/bowl), suitable for 300g PE single and double sided coated paper, coated paper, etc.

2. Through continuous processes such as automatic paper feeding, edge heating of the upper mold , and automatic collection and count, the entire process is controlled by a microcomputer, used for producing disposable packaging bowls/tray, square bowls/tray, etc.

3. Use a hydraulic station to increase the forming pressure and better match the roll-rim needs.

4. Servo transmission for more precise positioning.

5. Simple equipment operation and installation, energy-saving and environmentally friendly

6. The bottom paper tray adopts a rolled edge design, paired with a transparent plastic cover, and the overall box shape is beautiful. The internal food is clearly visible, making it an ideal packaging container for sushi, sandwiches, desserts, and other foods!
