Product Description:

Potassium fulvate instant powder is produced from refined lignite sources rich in natural fulvic acid. The manufacturing process begins with crushing the raw material, which is then treated with a potassium hydroxide solution. After the reaction is complete, the mixture undergoes centrifugation to isolate a liquid concentrate, while the residual solids are repurposed for granular products.

This liquid concentrate is further refined using multi-stage evaporation to achieve optimal concentration. It is then processed in a spray dryer equipped with centrifugal atomization, transforming the solution into fine droplets that are instantly dried upon contact with heated air.

Preserving a higher level of bioactive compounds compared to flake or conventional powder variants. The final product is characterized by its consistent particle size, rapid dissolution, and elevated fulvic acid content, making it particularly suitable for high-quality water-soluble fertilizers and formulations requiring uniform dispersion and appearance.
