The XBSY Oil-Based Mud Treatment System integrates a cutting dryer, centrifuge, screw conveyor, collection tank, shale shaker, and fluid recovery equipment. Drilling waste undergoes sequential drying and separation: solids are dehydrated to minimize water content, while recovered oil-based mud (OBM) is returned to the circulation system. This closed-loop process reduces incineration energy consumption by 40% and eliminates onsite waste accumulation. The skid-mounted design enables rapid deployment in remote rig sites.
Post-treatment drill cuttings achieve oil content below 8%, meeting international disposal standards for safe bagging and transportation. The liquid phase density drops to 1.2g/cm³ (versus industry-average 1.35g/cm³), allowing direct reinjection into active mud systems.
