Titanium Flange is a part connecting shaft and shaft and is used for connection between pipe ends. It is also used for flanges on the inlet and outlet of equipment for connection between two equipment, such as reducer flange. Flange connection or flange joint refers to a detachable connection in which flanges, gaskets and bolts are connected to each other as a set of combined sealing structures. Pipe flanges refer to the flanges used for pipelines in pipeline installation, and refer to the inlet and outlet flanges of the equipment when used on the equipment. There are holes on the flanges and bolts make the two flanges tightly connected. The flanges are sealed with gaskets.

1. Gr1 can be used in the drawing parts for its good elongation and excellent corrosion- resistance.
2. Gr2 is the most widely used commercial pure titanium.
3. Gr3 is almost used in pressure vessels.
4. Gr4 can be used for some accessory parts and fastening pieces, but it needs 300 degrees Celsius to form complex shapes.
5. Gr5 alloy is the most widely used titanium alloy due to its comprehensive mechanical and chemical properties.
6. Gr7 alloy add little palladium in cp titanium and it has the most excellent corrosion- resistance,of course the cost is higher.
7. Gr9(Ti-3Al-2.5V) alloy is the most widely used alloy in golf clubs and bicycle beams.
8. Gr23 alloy, ELI(extra low interstitial),can be used in medical industry.
