1. Product profile
OZONE-300 LN series fixed ozone analyzer is designed and
manufactured according to the verification and calibration method
of the national environmental standard of the People's Republic of
China-ultraviolet photometry method, and "ozone and ozone Generator
for Water Treatment" of the Ministry of Construction of the
People's Republic of China. The current ozone concentration is
calculated by measuring the change of optical signal intensity
before and after the absorption of ultraviolet light. Equipment
using advanced double light road ultraviolet light source system,
equipped with lamp intelligent management system, after boot can
make the ultraviolet lamp quickly to measurement status, using
foreign separation light pool technology, equipment has no leakage,

The ozone analyzer has a touch screen operation interface to
display the concentration of ozone gas in real time, with pressure
and temperature compensation and display, and can set the automatic
zero calibration time and manual zero calibration mode.high
concentration (g/Nm3) Range is equipped with flow input function,
which can display the output of ozone generator in real time. With
two sets of relay signal output, the user can freely choose the
high alarm point and low alarm point signal output connection. The
core component adopts ultraviolet long life light source system and
high light transmittance quartz sheet to ensure the stability of
zero point and prevent zero point drift from affecting the accuracy
of detection concentration. According to the independent optical
tank structure of pressure resistant and impact resistant designed
by foreign optical tank technology, the gas flow, pressure and flow
rate remain unchanged during the zero operation, so as to prevent
the impact of the air zero. The zero operation can be completed
without closing the ozone intake, ensuring that the equipment can
run continuously for 24 hours a day.
