Water-based Hydroxyl-functional Polyacrylic Dispersion With Good Bending Resistance

Excellent Compatibility: Works well with solvent-based aliphatic polyisocyanate curing agents.

High Performance: Produces coatings with high gloss, fast hardness development, high bubble-free film thickness, and excellent chemical, water, and weather resistance.

Versatile Curing: Can be air-dried at room temperature or force-dried (e.g., at 80°C).

Applications:

It is suitable for basecoats, topcoats, and clearcoats. For use with isocyanate curing agents, it must be pre-diluted with co-solvents (e.g., BGA, PGDA). Water addition during mixing should be limited to 5-10% to avoid gloss reduction. The resin is not recommended for use in grinding color pastes.
