This CNC I-beam drilling machine tool is mainly engineered for drilling, tapping, and marking processes on steel workpieces, including H-beams and channel steel. It incorporates three BT40 high-speed spindles, which are dedicated to conducting drilling operations on three respective sides of the steel—with one spindle assigned to each side. The matching row-type tool magazine is capable of holding up to 4 types of drill bits with different specifications. This equipment is characterized by high processing efficiency, superior precision, user-friendly operation, and wide applicability in relevant scenarios.

The machine tool employs a structural design that integrates a fixed bed and a movable workpiece platform. This specific configuration for 3D drilling enables the execution of automated production workflows, thereby improving operational efficiency and ensuring processing consistency.



Drilling Machine
This plate metal sheets drilling machine is primarily composed of a base, a machine bed, a movable slide, spindle heads, an upper pressing device, a side clamping device, and a row-type tool magazine.



The beam mark drilling and cutting machine is equipped with three spindle heads, specifically the fixed-side spindle head, movable-side spindle head, and upper-unit spindle head, which are utilized for drilling operations in the horizontal and vertical directions respectively. Each spindle head can operate independently while simultaneously completing drilling tasks, significantly enhancing production efficiency. Each spindle head is fitted with one set of BT40 high-speed mechanical spindles; the corresponding row-type tool magazine can accommodate a maximum of 4 drill bits with different diameters (under the condition that no tool is mounted on the spindle), enabling automatic processing of 4 distinct hole diameters with a single workpiece clamping. The spindle feed is driven by a servo motor, allowing for rapid traverse, working feed, and rapid retraction through program control. Meanwhile, the spindle motor is powered by a spindle servo motor, featuring stepless speed adjustment with a wide speed range.



Feeding Trolley
The cnc beams cutting and drilling machine feeding trolley is comprised of gears, servo motors, and manipulators. The manipulator secures the workpiece and is actuated by a servo motor; under the transmission of the gear rack mechanism, the workpiece is fed along the X-direction, which guarantees the longitudinal processing precision of drilling operations.



Discharging Channel
The discharging channel is composed of a channel bracket, support rollers, and other associated components, and is specifically designed to convey workpieces that have completed the entire processing procedure.
