1. Precision Cushioning and Shock Absorption (Core Function)
Scenario Description: After high-speed movement, the palletizer's robotic arm or gripper needs to suddenly stop and release the goods (such as boxed beverages or bagged materials). A direct, hard impact with the pallet generates a significant impact force, potentially causing:

Product Damage: Outer packaging ruptures and internal items (such as bottles and cans) deform.
Pallet Instability: The goods shift due to the impact, causing the entire pallet to tilt or even collapse.

Air Spring Function: Air springs are installed at the end of the palletizer's lifting mechanism or gripper to provide a controlled "soft landing" mechanism.
