Double Convoluted Air Bag Applications in Agricultural Equipments

1. Shock Absorption and Load Adjustment for Agricultural Machinery

(1) Large Tractors and Harvesters:
Hyperbolic air springs adjust internal air pressure to accommodate varying loads, reducing vibration transmission in rugged farmland, protecting delicate components (such as the engine and transmission), and reducing driver fatigue.
Advantages: Compared to traditional steel springs, they offer over 30% improved shock absorption and can dynamically adjust vehicle height to prevent chassis contact due to load fluctuations.

(2) Seeders and Fertilizer Spreaders:
During high-speed operation, the flexible support of air springs reduces seed bounce and displacement, ensuring uniform seeding. In fertilizer spreaders, they cushion fertilizer tank sway and prevent clumping.

2. Optimizing Warehousing and Transportation Equipment

(1) Agricultural Product Transport Trailers:
Air pressure adjustment allows them to adapt to varying cargo weights (such as grain and fruits and vegetables), preventing damage caused by bumps during transport.

Established in 2008, Our company covers 20,000㎡ and is located in Taihe Town Baiyun District. With the rapid development of our company, we are equipped with modernized workshop and advanced rubber air springs equipments now. We are the first company who started air spring business and has become one of the largest air spring manufacturing bases in China.

In 2017, we launched a collaboration with High Tech of US customers to customize the products of our customers and the logo of our customers. Every year, there are about 10,000 orders.
