We’ll prioritize your request to ensure it aligns with your timeline.​

2. What’s the process to obtain a sample for quality verification?​
Once the pricing has been confirmed by both parties, you can request samples to check our product quality. If you only need a blank sample (for verifying design layout and paper material), we’re happy to provide it free of charge—though you’ll need to cover the express delivery cost via collect payment. As a standard practice, we use Fedex for sample shipments to ensure timely delivery.​

3. Is design support available if we don’t have an in-house design team?​
Absolutely. We have a dedicated professional R&D and design team with extensive experience in packaging design and manufacturing. Even if you don’t have ready-to-use design files, simply share your ideas, high-resolution images, brand logo, required text content, and any preferences for layout arrangement. Our team will turn these into complete design files and send them to you for confirmation until you’re fully satisfied.​

4. How much time does it take to receive the sample after requesting it?​
The sample delivery process has two key stages: First, once you’ve paid the sample fee and provided complete design files, we need 3-7 days to produce the sample. After production, the sample will be shipped via express, and you can usually receive it within 3-5 working days. Additionally, you have the flexibility to use your own express account or prepay the delivery fee to us if you don’t have an account.​

5. What’s the typical lead time for bulk production orders?​
Frankly, the lead time for bulk production varies depending on the order quantity and the season when you place the order. Our fastest delivery record is completing and shipping 20,000 gift boxes within one week, so we can guarantee efficient production. To avoid any delays in your usage plan, we recommend initiating the inquiry process two months before the date you expect the products to arrive in your country—this allows ample time for production and transportation.​

6. Which delivery terms do you offer for orders?​
We provide a range of flexible delivery terms to suit your needs, including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and DDP. You can select the option that best fits your logistics arrangements and budget.​

7. What’s the procedure if I need to make revisions to the design files?​
After we send you the initial design files, if you have any revision requests, you can directly share your specific feedback with your assigned contact person. We’ll adjust the design based on your comments and send the revised files back to you for reconfirmation within 1-2 working days. Before the final design is confirmed, we offer free revisions to ensure the end product meets your exact expectations.
