The emergency shut-off valve, also known as the submarine valve, is installed at the bottom of the tank truck. The valve seal is placed in the tank. There is no cut-off groove on the valve body. When subjected to a strong collision, the valve body will break at the flange, separating the tank body and the pipeline under the vehicle, becoming an independent sealed tank body, preventing liquid leakage, greatly improving the safety of transportation, and meeting the relevant requirements of the GB/T932-2018 standard. It is a pipe fitting component for bottom loading and unloading of tank trucks. It is suitable for tank trucks carrying light fuel and cannot be loaded with highly corrosive liquids.

The main body is made of lightweight aluminum alloy material, which is integrally formed by low-pressure casting, light, strong and durable. When the valve is subjected to a strong collision, the valve body breaks at the cut-off groove and keeps the tank body sealed, effectively preventing oil leakage.
