Large, heavy-duty, stackable anti-static plastic pallets (also known as floor mats or pads) designed specifically for industrial environments. Its core function is to provide a safe protective platform for electronic components and equipment that are sensitive to static electricity during storage and transportation, while meeting the high-intensity and high-efficiency requirements of industrial logistics.

1. Core function: Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection

Anti static material: made of special carbon powder filling or permanent anti-static plastic (such as HDPE/PP). This material can effectively prevent the accumulation of static charges and safely dissipate the generated static charges to the grounding point through its conductive path, rather than sudden discharge.
Protecting valuable products: It is crucial to protect expensive electronic components such as server motherboards, large circuit boards, precision instruments, semiconductor wafer boxes, etc., from invisible static damage during manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, and transportation.

Standard European size: 1200mm (length) x 800mm (width) is one of the most commonly used industrial pallet standard sizes in Europe and many parts of the world, perfectly compatible with shelves, freight elevators, trucks, and automated logistics equipment such as forklifts.
Low profile design: 140mm (height) is a lower design that provides a stable center of gravity, facilitates access to goods, and is suitable for use in areas with limited space.
High strength structure: It usually adopts reinforced ribs and grid like bottom design to ensure maximum load-bearing capacity while minimizing its own weight.

3. Industrial grade design and characteristics

Stacking ability: This is its key characteristic. The design of pallets allows for the safe and stable stacking of empty or multiple pallets (sometimes loaded) together, greatly saving storage space.
Load capacity: Designed to carry extremely heavy industrial loads, dynamic loads (when forklift is moving) can reach 1-2 tons, and static loads (when stationary stacking) can reach 4-6 tons or higher (refer to product specifications for details).
Forklift compatibility:
Four way fork: Most of these trays are designed with four-way forks, which means forklifts can be inserted into the fork teeth from any side, greatly improving the flexibility and efficiency of operating in narrow spaces.
Forklift hole: The bottom is designed with standard forklift holes for easy operation of forklifts and pallet jacks.
