The RCF680C deepwater well drilling rig is a new generation of down-the-hole hammer independently developed by our company. Equipped with greater pneumatic power, it offers superior performance and comprehensive functionality, making it suitable for drilling in a variety of complex formations. Its maximum drilling depth reaches 680 meters and its drilling diameter ranges from 100 to 400 mm. Equipped with a 153 kW Cummins diesel engine, it primarily utilizes an air compressor for drilling and a mud pump for rotary drilling. Whether drilling hard rock, soil, sand, or gravel, this rig can complete operations quickly and efficiently, playing a significant role in increasing drilling speed.

1. High outriggers facilitate loading and transport, allowing direct loading without a crane. Tracked operation is particularly suitable for maneuvering in muddy sites.

2. Each hammer has its own optimal axial pressure and rotational speed for optimal impact efficiency. During drilling, as the number of drill rods increases, the axial pressure on the hammer also increases. Therefore, the positive and negative axial pressure valves are adjusted during operation to ensure the hammer receives the optimal axial pressure, resulting in higher impact efficiency.

3. Available with either a crawler-type or vehicle-mounted self-propelled chassis.
