Automatic Feeding System

The machine can be installed according to customer's needs and equipped with a variety of automatic feeding systems, such as vibrating disk and rotary feeder.

Surface Treatment System

The machine can be individually equipped with a surface treatment system as per customer requirements, which effectively addresses surface treatment needs of various plastic products (e.g., PET, PP materials). It features easy operation and can meet diverse application demands.​
Prior to printing on plastic products, surface treatment is generally necessary—this process breaks down the surface molecular structure and significantly enhances the adhesion of printed patterns, ensuring long-lasting pattern adherence. Specifically, there are two common surface treatment processes compatible with the machine: one is flame treatment, and the other is corona treatment, both adaptable to different plastic surface characteristics.

Componentless No-Print System and Adjustable Print Head System
When the fixture reaches the printing position, the printing system will not work if the machine finds no product on the transfer.

Depending on the product, the printing head stroke and the angle of the initial printing action can be adjusted to achieve the best printing results.

UV Curing Systems/LED Curing Systems

Customers can choose different curing systems according to their needs.

UV curing technology is mature, low lamp replacement cost and low maintenance cost.

Compared with traditional high-pressure mercury lamps, LED curing is characterized by soft light output, long life, energy saving, safety and environmental protection, wide irradiation area, small space occupation, and uniform light spot, but its disadvantage is high maintenance and replacement costs.

SHR618 Series Flat UV Screen Printing Machine is a semi-automatic flat UV screen printing machine. Its application focuses on small-sized workpieces, mainly suitable for screen printing on small round cans (e.g., small metal round cans, small plastic round cans), small containers (such as mini plastic containers, small glass containers) and small flat lids (like small metal flat lids, small plastic flat lids).​
With UV curing function, it ensures fast pattern drying and strong adhesion, well adapting to the surface printing needs of these small workpieces, and meets the production requirements of industries like food, cosmetics, and daily chemicals for small-package printing.​
