High-temperature, high-power metal fiber optic connectors utilize high-precision metal connectors and metal fiber optic ferrules with excellent heat dissipation properties. These ferrules are precision-ground into either an arc surface (UPC) or an angled surface (APC). The connectors are manufactured using processes such as high-temperature adhesive, suspended ferrules, adhesive-free fiber optics, and air gaps, resulting in excellent transmission and environmental performance.
