Description:
The 100Khz customized line spray nozzle nano film thickness
ultrasonic coating instrument FS150 is a device that uses
ultrasonic high-frequency vibration technology for spraying. It is
mainly developed for enterprises, high-efficiency, and research
institutes that are new to ultrasonic spraying equipment.
During the spraying process, different frequencies of ultrasonic
waves have different effects on the dispersion and spraying effect
of the coating. FUNSONIC provides 25kHz to 200Khz ultrasonic
nozzles for customers to choose. In the actual operation process,
the amplitude of the power supply is adjusted according to the
atomization effect and coating quality of the coating to reach the
critical value of atomization, so as to achieve higher roundness of
the atomized particle size of the coating.

Coating Viscosity Factor :
When using an ultrasonic coating machine, different viscosity
coatings need to adjust coating parameters to ensure coating
quality:
1. Low viscosity of coatings (such as water-based coatings)
Ultrasonic frequency: Higher frequencies can be selected to improve
atomization effect and form finer coatings.
Power: Moderately increase the power to ensure that the coating can
be effectively atomized.
Coating speed: The coating speed can be appropriately increased to
complete the coating in a shorter time.
Pulse time: Shorten the pulse time to keep away from immoderate
deposition of paint.
2. Medium viscosity coating (such as established oil-based coatings)
Ultrasonic frequency: Choose a medium frequency to stability
atomization impact and coating adhesion.
Power: Maintain at a moderate level to ensure even coating
application.
Coating speed: Adjust moderately according to the actual situation,
usually maintaining a moderate speed.
Pulse time: Adjust according to the coating thickness requirements
and extend moderately to ensure sufficient coverage.
3. High viscosity of coatings (such as heavy coatings)
Ultrasonic frequency: Choose a lower frequency to enhance the
atomization effect of the coating.
Power: Increase the power appropriately to ensure effective
atomization of coatings with higher viscosity.
Coating speed: Reduce the coating pace to make certain uniform insurance and reap the favored thickness of the coating.
Pulse time: Extend the pulse time so that the coating can be thoroughly launched and evenly applied.
